RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For payments made through Cash On Delivery, we will be sending out a check in the beneficiary's name at the address where the goods were delivered.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCELLATIONS
In the event you wish to cancel an order, we accept cancellations within 2 - 4 hours of placing the order, depending on the status of the order. In case the order is in transit for shipment or it has already been shipped, the same cannot be cancelled. For cancelled orders, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item for return, it is mandatory to provide us with a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
